It 's Wiorkettle who worked for Planet Dreams, Incorporated, at their home office on Cloud City, during the height of the New Order. He was an expert in terraforming asteroids and creating breathable atmospheres, and was responsible for ensuring the aesthetic appearance of newly-habitable worlds.
