GUEST REQUIREMENTS
What guests require to attend your event :
• Travel from the guest's home to the event and back again
• Hotel accommodation during the event
• All meals during the event - or a per diem
• Appearance fees
At you convention / event, the Guests will :
• Sign autographs on full color 8X10 photographs that they provide or on items brought by the attendees (photographs, trading cards, action figures ...) for a nominal fee.
• Give a minimum of one panel / autograph session and perform a "question and answer" session with your event attendees, if desired.
• Unless the two parties agree otherwise, the guest shall appear at the opening and closing ceremonies and on all other official occasions during the event and shall participate wherever possible at other times – as auctioneer if required, at charity auctions, judge at fancy dress, etc.
• Possibility for the attendees to take a photo of the Guest at no charge.
Negotiation between the Organiser and the Luko Agency :
When the negotiation is complete, you will receive a fully detailed contract that will outline what is expected, and what the client will be responsible for while attending the event.
